“Shine the Light”: We do not share personal information as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

The Platform is not directed toward children under 13 and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from them without obtaining consent from the child’s parent or guardian.
